Thank you so much for checking my computer, you have no idea how it settles my mind.  I am always taking you at your word to call you if something seems wrong with my system.  Sometimes I feel guilty about doing it.  I know from our past dealings you have always taken a good look and seen all the problems.  I will never forget when you took over my system after that so called HP group took over fixing it and when I called you, you spent hours cleaning it up.  I can’t thank you enough.
